[b] is a curated collection of custom fronts for IKEA kitchens and wardrobes. Our natural wood, painted panels and laminated plywood fronts bring warmth, subtle texture & presence. Handcrafted in our South London workshop, each piece transforms natural materials into surfaces that are considered, inviting & timeless.

Flawlessly flat and silky smooth, these fronts are irresistible to touch. With a moisture resistant core as standard and our hard wearing paint available in matt & super matt throughout our carefully curated palette of muted colours that work especially well with each other and the wood options we offer. Available in Linea design for added texture.

Letting the materials speak for themselves, with a birch plywood core and a choice of matt laminate in a range of colours, the beautiful edges of the plywood are left exposed to create a striking contrast to the uniform surface of the laminate.
Also available in small range of muted colours in super matt finish.

Plane fronts are about clarity and restraint. A flat surface in real wood veneer, carefully balanced and free from distraction, they highlight the quiet grain and subtle shifts of tone that make each panel unique. Finished with a durable clear matt lacquer, Plane offers warmth and natural presence while remaining understated and timeless.
Also available in Palisade - a calm, linear surface where rhythm and natural wood create architectural presence.
Handles
All fronts are open to customise with our range of handles:
Bare: supplied without handles, ready to adorn with your own choice of hardware.
Face fixed: semi circular solid metal pulls in black or brass, fixed to the front of plain doors and drawers
Chamfer handle: 45° angle top to edge of fronts allowing grip over the full width. Supplied with matching or contrasting back plate.
Integrated handles: Cut into the body of the door, these handles are a slick and playful take on the modern handle-less kitchen. Available with matching or contrasting backs in a variety of shapes.
Solid hardwood handles: As the name suggests, solid hardwood running the width or length of the front with a concealed pull profile.
How It Works
If you already have an IKEA kitchen plan feel free to send it over or email with your requirements and we can begin the conversation about your project.
This will be followed with drawings detailing the parts required for your kitchen and a no obligation quote.
Once all details are agreed and design signed off we require payment in full as this is supply only.
Once payment is received we’ll be getting straight to work crafting your beautiful new bespoke fronts which should typically be ready to deliver in 6-8 weeks. As soon as they’re ready we’ll be in touch to arrange a delivery time.
